Q1:Does the lamp light on automatically?
A:Yes, it will light on automatically at darkness no matter which mode except "OFF".
Q2:Can I order samples for solar street light?
A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3:What about the lead time?
A:3 workdays for sample, 7-15workdays for batch order(more than 100pcs).
Q4:Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A:Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products.
Q5:Can the lamp be used in strong wind environment?
A:Of course yes, as we take Aluminum-alloy holder, solid and firm, Zinc plated, anti- rust corrosion.
Q6:What's the difference between Motion sensor and PIR sensor?
A:Motion sensor also called radar sensor, works by emitting high frequency electric wave and detecting people movement.PIR sensor works by detecting environment temperature changing, which usually is 3-5 meters sensor distance.But motion sensor can reach 10 meters distance and be more accurate and sensitive.
Q7:How to deal with the faulty?
A:Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.05%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send replacements with new order for small quantity.
