Q: Does the lamp light on automatically?
A: Yes, it will light on automatically at darkness
no matter which mode is on.
Q: Can I order samples for solar street light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: How long would the lead time be?
A: 3 workdays for sample,
7-15 workdays for batch order (more than 100pcs).
Q: Do you offer guarantee for your products?
A: Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products.
Q: Can the lamp be used in strong wind environment?
A: Yes, we use Zinc-plated Aluminum-alloy holder
which is solid, firm and anti-rust corrosion.
Q: What's the difference between Motion sensor and PIR sensor?
A: Motion sensor also called radar sensor, works by
emitting high frequency electric wave and detecting people movement.
PIR sensor works by detecting environment temperature changing,
which usually is 3-5 meters sensor distance.
But motion sensor can reach 10 meters distance
and be more accurate and sensitive.
Q: How would the faulties be dealt with?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system
and the defective rate will be less than 0.5%.
Secondly, we will send replacements with new order
for small quantity in warratine period.
